Well you can with Field Trip. Once installed, simply name your trip, select an object (e.g. Accounts) and, optionally add a filter (for record subsets). Then you will receive a report detailing field usage (or lack thereof), available for simple export.

Field Trip lets you analyze the fields of any object, giving you instant insight into what percentage of your records (or a subset) have that specific field populated. Run reports on the standard and custom fields you have in Salesforce for a better understanding of which field are important to your organization.

When you are doing business on the go, or under a short deadline, you may need to quickly transfer physical elements of the deal to the digital. While there are all sorts of apps and programs out there that can transfer your documents, images, attachments, etc. what about a person’s handwritten signature? Signature Capture does just that, allowing anyone to create a digital signature and store it in Salesforce, directly on the related object so it can be re-accessed at any time.

Signature Capture is a Lightning Component that allows signing via a browser or mobile device and stores the captured signature as a Salesforce attachment or Salesforce file (Salesforce files added in July 2017 update)
