Have you ever searched for that one specific record, but couldn’t remember enough details to find it? Is keeping track of all the Leads and Contacts you saw at that tradeshow a hassle? Don’t you wish you could take all the reports, dashboards, and solutions you need and put them into one folder? Twitter lets you tag posts to make them easier to find later on, and so does Facebook, and even Chatter.
With Tags in Salesforce, you can do the same thing! Simply enable Tags in your org and you’re ready to find all your related records, no matter what object, in just a couple clicks. Now, you’ll be able to add tags to all your records, and you’ll have a new dropdown on the sidebar where you can instantly search for all your Recent Tags. Happy tagging, and keep an eye out for our next Tip of the Week!
